Move In/Move Out Notification
Residents and owners are required to notify the HOA Property Management office in advance … each time that they plan to move furniture and belongings into or out of a unit.
This free transaction is just to give the Office a heads up that a move is imminent.
There may be fees associated with Move in and Move Out that you should discuss and pay through the Property Management Office.
This applies to moves related to the sale of a unit and leasing of units. A separate notification is required every time substantial belongings are transferred due to a change in residency.
A courtesy notification is also appreciated if you plan a major delivery of unit furnishings (i.e., if you are totally redecorating your unit). The criteria for this is less clear, so please use your best judgement. The notification is free and it gives the HOA Property Manager a heads-up. That might prove useful if a truck has a problem entering the property and you are busy elsewhere. No guarantee, but the info can’t hurt.
You can complete this (free) notification and the HOA Property Management Office will notify you by email that your reservation has been accepted … or if there are any concerns that must be addressed.
