If your fob is inoperable, you may turn it in to the HOA Management office to have it reprogrammed.
Complete this free, online transaction, supplying accurate information for all required fields.
You will get an email receipt. Print the receipt and put it and the fob in an envelope .. put your name, unit and “Fob Reprogramming” on the outside of the envelope.
You can drop the envelope at the office, or you can leave it at the main entrance guard shack.
The office will send you an email when your fob is ready. Note it may take one to two days. If the Office determines that the problem requires more than reprogramming (i.e., Fob replacement), they will inform you by email and you can decide whether to authorize purchase ($75) for the replacement unit. Replacement units may require several days if there are none in stock on the property.
The fob will be placed in an envelope with your name, unit and phone number listed on the outside. The envelope will be kept in the HOA Office while the Property Manager is onsite. The property manager will deliver available envelopes to the main entrance guard shack each evening before leaving the property.
You may be asked to show proof of identity to the guard before receiving your replacement fob.
