Fob Replacement (with turn in)
If your fob is inoperable, you can turn it in to the HOA Management office and get a replacement. This only applies to replacements where an existing fob is returned to the HOA Management office to be swapped for a new one.
Complete this online transaction, supplying accurate information for all required fields.
You will get an email receipt. Print the emailed receipt and put it, the old fob and a check for $100 made out the “The Stacks at Fulton Cotton Mill” into an envelope .. put your name, unit and “Fob Swap” on the envelope.
You can drop the envelope at the office, or you can leave it at the main entrance guard shack.
The office will send you an email when the new fob is ready. Note it may take several days for a new fob to be delivered if there are none in stock.
The fob will be placed in an envelope with your name, unit and phone number listed on the outside. The envelope will be kept in the HOA Office while the Property Manager is onsite. The property manager will deliver uncollected envelopes to the main entrance guard shack each evening before leaving the property.
You may be asked to show proof of identity to the guard before receiving your replacement fob.
