Fob Replacement (Lost)



Every unit is allotted two fobs that are associated with that unit. They can be used by whomever the owner assigns. If one of those fobs is lost, you may request that the HOA Management office provide a replacement.

Complete this free, online transaction, supplying accurate information for all required fields.

You must bring your other fob to the HOA Property Management office so the Manager can identify the missing fob (by elimination) in order to disable it.

The office will send you an email when the new fob is ready. Note it may take several days for a new fob to be delivered if there are none in stock.

The fob will be placed in an envelope with your name, unit and phone number listed on the outside. The envelope will be kept in the HOA Office while the Property Manager is onsite. The property manager will deliver the envelopes to the main entrance guard shack each evening before leaving the property.

You may be asked to show proof of identity to the guard before receiving your replacement fob.
