If you Own or Live at the Stacks
1. If you were registered in the old Portal
Try to log in with your username and password.
If it works, please go to your profile and edit your personal information to be complete and correct.
If you can’t log in, try to recover your password using the email address that you originally registered in the Portal.
If that doesn’t work and you can’t recover your password … or if it doesn’t recognize your email address … or anything else … use the help button to ask the office for help.
Please include the email address that you would like to use for access to the Portal … AND to receive News emails.
2. If you were not registered in the Old Portal
Use the Portal tools to register for a new account.
Remember to select the appropriate “status” option (owner/renter) in the registration form. Then use the Help button
to send a message to the Office to check that you are given the appropriate access permission.
If you are Visiting or Simply Interested in the Stacks
If you don’t own or live at the Stacks, you can still register to see public and community information.
If you have trouble … use the Help button at the bottom right of every page.
